Heshaam Fallah, DDS, MD, FACS
Attending Surgeon
Kaiser Permanente
I was born in Pennsylvania, but lived my childhood in the Middle East. However, I've called Northern California my home for most of my adult life. In 2009, my family and I moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada for a year-long fellowship. It was a great change of weather and great experience both professionally and for us as a family, but we are all glad to be in the bay area. I maintain a clinical practice in orthognathic, TMJ, and reconstructive surgery with a research interest in guided/patient specific orthognathic surgery. In my free time, I love spending time with my wife and 4 kids. I also like hiking, fishing, and landscape photography.
